We stand behind the quality of our BlenderBottle® products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return your unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused products, including all original tags and lids, into a secure shipping box to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the designated carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
